Vehicle Grade Surge Resistant MELF Resistor - SRM
Special conductive thin film resistors, MELF style.
Vehicle Grade Surge Resistant MELF Resistor features a power rating from 0.25W to 3W, with resistance range from 0.1Ω to 2.2MΩ. It has the advantage of tight tolerance compared to other branded wire wound resistors, with ±1%~±5% tolerance. It can withstand maximum permissible surge voltage up to 10KV, and is equipped with higher levels of performance regarding inrush current or surge damage from the environment. It is AEC-Q200 certified and Anti-Sulfur. The resistor has an enabled SMD structure, and the sizes are the same as flat chip resistors. It has been tested and certified according to DIN EN IEC 62368-1 (VDE 0868-1):2021-05 Anhang/Annex G.10; EN IEC 62368-1:2020+A11:2020 Anhang/Annex G.10 (except SRM204 type).
