Medium Voltage Resistor-MVR
The Medium Voltage Resistor(MVR series) adopts a THT style and features a power rating ranging from 0.25W to 2W. It has a resistance range from 47 ohm to 100M ohm, with resistance tolerance ranging from ±0.1% to ±5%. Additionally, the maximum working voltage ranges from 400V(RMS) to 5KV(RMS). This series serves as a low-cost alternative to metal glazed resistors, and is especially suitable for SMPS & lighting devices.
High Voltage MELF Resistor-HVM
The High Voltage MELF Resistor(HVM series) features an SMD-enabled structure and high power in small packages, with a power rating ranging from 0.16W to 3W and a resistance range from 100K ohm to 68M ohm. It is capable of handling much higher working voltage than general-purpose resistors and is better at heat dissipation than chip resistors. Additionally, it boasts a stronger mechanical structure to withstand vibration and thermal shock.
Pulse Load High Voltage MELF Resister-PVM
The Pulse Load High Voltage MELF Resistor(PVM) features a power rating from 0.4W to 1W, with a resistance range from 300K ohm to 39M ohm, and tolerances of ±1%, ±2%, and ±5%. It has an SMD-enabled structure due to MELF packing 0204/0207. Its proprietary thin-film can handle much higher working voltage than general-purpose resistors, since it possesses an anti-surge feature coated on a cylindrical ceramic rod and is packed as a MELF resistor. The Pulse Load High Voltage MELF Resistor provides better thermal dissipation than chip resistors.
Surge Resistant MELF Resistor-SRM
The Surge Resistant MELF Resistor features a power rating from 0.25W to 3W, with a resistance range from 0.1Ω to 2.2MΩ. It has the advantages of tight tolerance compared to other branded wire wound resistors, with ±1%~±5% tolerances, and maximum permissible surge voltage up to 10KV. It is equipped with higher levels of performance regarding inrush current or surge damage from the environment. It is AEC-Q200 certified and anti-sulfur. It has an SMD structure and the sizes are the same as flat chip resistors. It has been tested and certified according to DIN EN IEC 62368-1 (VDE 0868-1):2021-05 Anhang/Annex G.10; EN IEC 62368-1:2020+A11:2020 Anhang/Annex G.10 (except SRM204 type) with VDE license number 40043961 and VDE license number 40054118.
