The Stabilized Film Power MELF Resistor (SFP series) is optimized for heat dissipation, featuring a low temperature coefficient and tolerances, and supports a power rating from 0.4W to 3W, with a resistance range from 0.5 ohm to 10M ohm. The resistance is most stabilized after long-term operation due to its superior metal film coating on the cylindrical ceramic rod. Its SMD-enabled structure with MELF style provides better heat dissipation than a chip resistor, along with a stronger mechanical structure to withstand vibration and thermal shock. The Firstohm SFP series serves as the best alternative to MMA0204/MMB0207.
